The house is situated right on one of the most famous beaches in the region,
Tabatinga.
It has 4 bedrooms and 2 livingrooms, a big kitchen and 5 (!)
toilets. It also has two balconies.
The house is built in 2004, and thus everything is very new. Since the
pictures, the house has also been rebuilt (2008). A huge veranda on the
second floor has been added. New pics will be uploaded soon.
Besides two verandas, the house also has a big patio, or outside kitchen.
This is were you most likely will spend most of the time, when your not on
the beach of course.
The backyard has a big grass lawn, and six palm trees, under which you can
enjoy the shade.
